Well, I did it...I finally went out and got the
Cuttlebug. Let me tell you, I am
lovin' it! I got a few of the embossing folders and only one set of die cuts. I think I'll be using it primarily for embossing and for cutting with my
Sizzix dies. The
Sizzix dies are bigger and the
Cuttlebug dies seem to all be pretty small for my taste. The
Cuttlebug takes the
Sizzix Bigz dies perfect as well as their embossing templates. It also works with the
Fiskars Embossing templates only the impression varies a little. Some of the
Fiskars templates aren't etched as deep as the
Cuttlebug folders and the
Sizzix embossing templates are right in between those two. So, The
Cuttlebug embossing folders are the best. Then the
Sizzix come in second and the
Fiskars are third. If I can figure out how to get a deeper embossed look I will let you know. I'm still playing around with this new toy. Anyway, here's my very first
Cuttlebug Card. If you have any questions, just let me know. Also, if you know of any special techniques for the Cuttlebug, I'd love to know those too. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a great evening!
