Birthday Cupcakes

Isn't this just so festive?!? I love the bright colors for a birthday card. Well, when I saw a similar (almost exact) same card on Amy Rysavy's blog I fell in love with it! I had to copy it! Here's my version. To see Amy's version you can click her name above.
