Flower Brad Earring Jacket

Ok, you may think this is a little weird but after seeing all of Shelli's earrings from convention I came up with this idea. I've loved our flower brads since they came out and use them whenever possible. Now I can wear them every day! :0) These little filigree brad "jackets" are just the perfect size to wear as earring jackets. They're a little heavier than most "post" earrings so just be sure you have screw on backs or really tight backings. I wore them today and got 3 compliments!! So, tell me what you think...am I loosing it or do you think this might be something you would do?

    I have thought about doing that too!
    Perhaps with costume jewelry at first to see how it goes!

    I was actually going to hang them from some small silver hoops. I haven't gotten around to it yet. After my Open House I'll have to play with that idea. Love the way the ones look that you made.
