I got this idea from a Martha Stewart Project Sheet at Michael's. (click here for the Martha Stewart Craft website with full instructions: Martha Stewart Crafts - Glitter Star Ornaments) The first one I did is the blue one with polk a dots. I really am not too happy with this one since the paper is a little thicker than patterned paper but not quite as thick as card stock. It is from one of the old Stampin' Scrap packs and it's not even double sided. That's how old it is!!! I liked the print, that's why I tried this paper first. The second one is made with our new Designer Series Double Sided Paper which is much thinner and more flexible to work with. I'm still not sure I like the "open" side of these ornaments but I do kinda' like the back ok. I hope you like them and try one. They are pretty easy to make and would be nice on a Christmas tree or just hanging around your house for the holidays.
