Here's a card I made for a gal on Stampin' Up! with Beate's group. Her Mom is turning 90 on Monday, March 3 and she requested RAK's. She is hoping to get 90 cards to give her Mom! I couldn't pass that up. I don't know too many people that have turned 90 so I totally wanted to try to make her day special. You can see the original request and all the information below the picture. If you have time today it would be a wonderful little gift if you could send a card too. Thanks for stopping by and hug the ones you love!
Supplies are all Stampin' Up! unless otherwise noted.
Stamps: So Much stamp set
Cardstock: Only Orange, Real Red and Watercolor Paper
Ink: Real Red, Only Orange, Summer Sun and Pink Passion Classic Pads, Whisper White Craft Pad
Accessories: Aquapainter, Love & Happiness Rub Ons (Sale A Bration), Detail White Embossing Powder, Heat Tool, Yellow Ribbon from my stash, SNAIL Adhesive, Mini Glue Dots to hold ribbon in place.
Original RAK Request:
Hello to all of you rubber stampers out there who regularly do RAKs when they are requested. My mom will be celebrating her 90th birthday on March 3rd. I am still trying to get everyone out there to send her a special handmade card so that I can present her with 90 cards -- total. Since I am counting & hoping for 90 -- I need to hear from you that you will be sending her a card. Mom lives with us & I always get the mail at our curbside mailbox, so mail the cards to her & I will stash them & give them all to her on her big day. Her name & our address (hers & ours) follows.

4 Wonderful Comments:
That is such a neat card and a great thing to do!
I love the card. So cheer-y! However did you get the beautiful background using the four colors? It doesn't look quite like a brayer . . .
Also, what's an RAK?
Thanks for always sharing, Lorraine!
Lorraine - thanks from all of us in CO for pitching in on this. ~chris
What a great card. I really love the colors and design. (BTW, I sent her mom a card, too. 90 years old is quite impressive!)
